2 Cloves Raw Garlic Minced
1 Tb Basil
1 Tb Oregano
2 pounds Organic Grass Fed Beef
10 Large Organic Carrots (or more if you would like)
1 Med bunch or Organic Kale (My girls call it God's Noodles)
Please salt and pepper to taste, everyone likes there dishes at a different level of saltiness and spice. Trying to keep this very kid friendly. :o)

Directions: Sort and sweet, After all I don't want to keep u reading for hours in the kitchen.
Add carrots to chicken stock and bring to boil. Mean while, cook meat with Olive oil and garlic and all spices in separate pan. Once your meat is done, add meat to the stock pot. Continue cooking till carrots are soft, then add kale and continue cooking till desired softness. Then last but not least, salt and pepper to taste.

Almond Vanilla Cake

1 1/2c. Almond Flour
4 Eggs
1/2c. Honey
1 to 2 droppers full stevia
1/2tsp. Baking soda
dash of salt

Put all ingredents in your blentec or vitamix for 45 sec to a min. If u r using a regular blender u will need to blend longer. You will be looking for a very smooth texture, and a bit runny.

Bake 350 till golden brown and spongy.
