Peanut Butter Brownie Dip

1can Black Beans
4 Pruns
1 Dropper of Stevia
3 T Raw Honey
2 T Oats
3T Peanut Butter
3/4 c. Milk
3T Coco Powder

Blend till smooth, and chill. I loosely mixed in a tbs of peanut butter. As a garnish I topped with gluten free cereal puffs. If I had had chocolate chips I would have done that. :0) You can serve it with fruit, or just eat it out of the bowl. Yummy

Breakfast Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Almond Flour
2 Tbs Nut Butter
1 Cup Milk of your choice
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 droppers full Stevia
1 Tbs Honey
3 Egg White
4 Tbs Gluten Free all Purpose Flour
1 Tbs Tapioca Flour

I added prunes and raisins chocolate chips would be an awesome addition as well. 

Cook 350

Chocolate Cheese Cake Ice Cream

3 Droppers stevia
5 Tb Peanut Butter
6 Tb cup Raw Honey
5 Tb Coco
2 Banans
1/2 Block Cream Cheese
24 oz of kefir or greek yogurt.
Blend and pour mixture into ice cream maker.

Chocolate ice cream

1 cup  honey
22 oz kifer
2 1/2 droppers stevia
1 pint organic whipping cream
1/2 cups coco powder

Blend and pour into ice cream maker.

Fuffy Nutties (grain free cookies)

1 c. Bean Flour
1/2 c. Honey
1/3 c. Coconut Oil
2  Eggs
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda 
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
1 dropper full stevia

Cook 350 till golden brown.

Shhhhh Chocolate Pudding


6Tb honey
2 Avocado
20 Drops of Vanilla Stevia
6Tb Coco Powder 
1/2 Cup of water or milk of your choice

For darker chocolate add one more Tb of coco
Blend in Blendtec, or with mixer. Chill and eat; 0) or Use as a fruit dip.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites

Cup of peanut or nut butter mixed with 1/4 cup of honey.
Cut banana into bit size and spread out on sheet.
Drop nut butter mixture on banana slices.
And drizzle with chocolate drizzle.
place in the freezer for 5 min

Vanilla Icing



Ingredients:

4 Tb. room Temp Butter
3Tb. Y.S. Honey
2 Droppers Full Stevia
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Blend with mixer on high, 
or cream with fork.



Cake Balls Anyone? Gluten, grain

 Ingredients: Cake
1 1/2c Almond Flour
4 Pastured Eggs
1/2 c. Local Honey
1 to 2 droppers full Stevia
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
a dash or Salt

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in Blentec until smooth, 
u will find this mixture to be quite liquidity. 
Grease Pan, pour
Bake 350 till golden brown and spongy.
Let cool and Crumble

Vanilla Icing

Directions:
Cut icing into cake mixture , you are looking for a half and half cake icing ratio.
Hand roll the cake balls.
Save a bit of icing to add a dollop on top of  each ball.

Then drizzle with chocolate.

Chocolate Icing (Egg Free)

 4 Tb Room Temp Butter 
3 Tb. Y.S.Honey

2 Tb. Organic Coco


                                                                                                    


1 dropper full of Stevia

Chocolate Cake (Grain, Dairy, Gluten Free )

Another Grain Free Birthday 

 I know how hard it is to find a grain free cake, 
that feels like cake, and still tastes good. 
So I set out to make one! 
So here it is, hope you enjoy!!!
  
Ingredients:  
4 Tsp. Organic Coco
3 Tb. Local Honey
1/2 c. of Coconut Flour
1 dropper full Stevia
3 Pastured Eggs
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Vanilla 
1/2 c. Water or milk of your choice
4 Tb. Organic Butter

Start with your eggs in my blentec blender and blend for 30 sec.
Then add all other ingredients, and blend mixture till warm to the touch. 
Grease pan, pour, and Bake on 350 till firm to the touch. This is a single batch.
Enjoy 





Almond Vanilla Cake

1 1/2c. Almond Flour
4 Eggs
1/2c. Honey
1 to 2 droppers full stevia
1/2tsp. Baking soda
dash of salt

Put all ingredents in your blentec or vitamix for 45 sec to a min. If u r using a regular blender u will need to blend longer. You will be looking for a very smooth texture, and a bit runny.


Bake 350 till golden brown and spongy.
